Why mechanical deburring?
The workpiece is completely deburred directly in the machine. Since the workpiece falls off the machine finished, further manual processing is no longer necessary. The machining process can also be better controlled, checked and monitored by machine processing.
Due to the interface reduction in the machining process, the post-operation “deburring” is completely eliminated. The entire effort for the external placing of orders, quality checks, etc. is therefore no longer necessary. What results from this is a direct cost reduction in the manufacture of your products.
